Payments: Once your initial estimate is sent, reviewed and accepted it must be signed and returned via email along with a payment for 1/2 the balance due.  Payments may be made through venmo IF under $600.  If your payment is over $600 please make your payment through Apple Pay or Zelle*

Final Payment: The final payment is due the day of the event.  We do NOT accept checks under any circumstances*

Gratuities: Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. Gratuities are shared amongst everyone who had a part in planning your event, including our warehouse and design team. *

We will be unable to refund your deposit*

If you need to reschedule and your party and it is more than 3 weeks away, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration at no additional cost.*

If your party is less than 3 weeks away you will forfeit your deposit and we will have to charge you another $100 deposit due to the fact that we will not be able to rebook the original time slot for another party*

In the event of inclement weather, severe illness or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date at no additional cost.*

Once your invoice has been approved and signed by you, we will begin planning your event. At this time we will start ordering any supplies and making deposits for outside vendors. Should your event be cancelled for any reason after the invoice has been signed, you will be responsible for any amounts we have spent on supplies, deposits and labor hours working on your event. This is not negotiable or refundable.*

FINAL GUEST COUNT: A final guest count will be due 8 days prior to your event. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. Please set your RSVP for your guests to 10 days before your event in order to give your guests ample time to reply. If you have personalized items, we will need a confirmed number at least 2 weeks prior to your event. *

All guest in attendance who are participating in ANY of our planned activities, need to be counted in the guest count. The supplies cost us $, whether it is a toddler who is coloring a canvas bag or an adult who decides to make a bracelet, etc... We will have to charge for additional guests*

Any guest added within the last week leading up to the event will incur an additional 30% fee. We have more than one event each weekend and feel it is only fair to give all of our events equal attention. In the final week leading up to our events, we are scheduling, packing, and finishing up all last-minute details of every event. It is EXTREMELY difficult to go back and add just one or two extra guests. This is why your final guest count is important and must be accurate. *

FINAL EMAIL: A final email will be sent the Monday before your event. This email will contain all final details of your party as well as the final invoice. It is your responsibility to review this email and let us know if there is anything we are missing. We do our very best to never leave out details, however, we are human. Please read your final email in detail. *

We are not responsible for food allergies. It is your responsibility to determine whether your guests have any food restrictions and let us know*

Our hostess' arrival time will be in your final email. Depending on the services you have chosen, we may need up to 4 hours to set up. *

Please leave a space for us to park near the entrance where we will not be blocked in and can easily unload our supplies. *

Toll Road or Parking Fee: if there is a toll road or any parking fee incurred by our scheduled hostess, please let us know in advance. This will be client's responsibility and will be added to your final invoice*

In addition to cleaning our own supplies, we do our very best to keep your surfaces clean and free from damage. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during your event. *

If you have not chosen our "clean up service" as an option. We are not responsible for cleaning up any additional decorations, food, etc...that you may have set up to compliment the party.*
